1. Subscriptions

Piqqo offers three monthly subscription plans:

  • Piqqo S: 10 outfit images generated per month.
  • Piqqo M: 25 outfit images generated per month.
  • Piqqo L: unlimited outfit images.

The exact price of each plan is shown directly in the app, in your App Store or Google Play account currency. A free trial may be offered during certain periods.

2. Image quota

The metered resource is the number of outfit (mannequin) images generated per month. The quota resets at the start of each billing period. Analyzing your clothes and receiving suggestions does not consume quota: only image generation is counted.

3. Boosts

If you reach your monthly quota before renewal, you can buy a one-time boost, added to your balance immediately:

  • Boost 5: +5 images.
  • Boost 15: +15 images.

Boosts are one-time (non-recurring) purchases and do not expire while your subscription stays active.

4. Restore my purchases

If you switch devices or reinstall the app, open the subscription screen in Piqqo and tap Restore purchases. Your subscription is tied to your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account.

5. Manage or cancel my subscription

Managing and cancelling subscriptions is done directly from your store account:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: you keep access until that date.

6. Delete my account

You can delete your account and data from the app's profile screen, or by emailing us at piqqo@lexa.bzh. See also our privacy policy.
